“Adopt a Family” initiative
“Adopt a Family” initiative was created in response to the overwhelming need for support as thousands of Ukrainians are arriving in America under Humanitarian Parole program at our borders. Our organization provides cash grants to Ukrainian families arriving in the US, and connects them to support agencies and local communities for ongoing support. Our coordinators work with the sponsored families to ensure they receive information and step-by step guidance for their crucial first three months in America.
Ukrainian mothers and children, families and the elderly are escaping the brutal genocide by the Russian forces. While there is a very large number of charities, large and small, assisting various needs, our foundation is focused on helping families who have recently arrived in the United States. Our goal is to help these Ukrainian families to achieve a point where they can sustain themselves and become productive members of our society. Often times, the early days and weeks after their arrival are critical. We are here to help.
